How to Request Deletion or Export

  1. Open Wamo Chat and navigate to Settings > About > Privacy Policy.
  2. Open Settings and use Data Backup and Restore to export selected data categories.
  3. Email m9iaujigj@mozmail.com with subject line: "Wamo Chat Data Request".
  4. Include account identifier and requested action (export, correction, deletion).
  5. We target initial response within 7 business days.

Children's Privacy

Wamo Chat is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). If you believe a child submitted personal data, contact us and we will review and delete applicable data where required.
